Rostering & Sign Up How To
The rostering process for a Club Championship Series is slightly different from that of another event. This page will walk through the Rostering and Sign Up process step by step and address several possible questions. Before beginning a sign up, you, the team captain, should be familiar with the current rules and settings.
Createing a Team
Before you sign up for Sectionals you must create a team. Every team participating in the Club Championship Series must have a wiki page. This page can include almost anything, but must include the following template and information.
- The team page name must be identical to the team name
- This template must be filled out accurately. We appreciate your diligence.
{{CCSTEAM | Your Team Name | Team Captain's Name | Team Captain's Global ID | Teammate 1, Teammate 2, ...| Teammate 1's GID, Teammate 2's GID, ... | Section | Number of Europeans | Number of Americans | Number of Others}}
- All information is required
- This template must appear at the very top of the team page. Optional content must be below it.
- A sample team page can be found here
Signing a Team up
After you have created a team, you must sign the team up. This step is quite easy
- Simply add [[Your Team Name]] to the appropriate team slot in Sectionals
Your team sign up will be pending a review that all your team information is correct and valid. Remember to refer to Series-wide and Section specific Team Member Restrictions
Altering a Team Roster
Rosters may be altered up to and on the day of Sectionals. Note: Altering a Roster resets your team status to pending, and should you compete before confirmation, you risk forfeiting under the circumstance of a violation of Team Member Restrictions.
