The data in the above table might decay over time using a suggestion by Lackadaisical: "(new score = old score * factor + new votes), where factor can be 0.5 or something so the votes of the previous ladle are worth half, the one before worth a quarter etc." Or, we might only keep 6-12 month's worth of data and just sum it.
